SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Thank you for visiting NuNectar Foods, and welcome to our page detailing our shipping and returns policies. Please go through the details below to find out answers to any questions you may have. 1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
NuNectar Foods provides absolutely free domestic shipping on all orders, irrespective of where you live! Our domestic shipping is handled by our logistics partners. We are working on adding more logistics partners so we can cover a wider area and provide multiple delivery options. We target to have your products delivered to you within 3-5 working days of you placing the order, however sometimes it might take longer. Delivery times can also be impacted by holidays, severe weather, strikes or bandhs.
2. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We are proud to state that we offer Cash on Delivery services for our customers. The service is available for select pin codes. If you do not see a COD shipping method then your postal code will not be eligible for Cash on Delivery. We are constantly working on increasing our coverage of COD orders across India.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are working to get international shipping up and running soon – drop us your interest at care@nunectar.in and we will try and add your country to our list as soon as possible!
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
We will be unable to cancel the order, once it has been placed on our website.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Only defective and damaged products can be returned subject to verification and only if you’ve raised your request within 48 hours of delivery.
For verification process, kindly share (within 48 hours of delivery) your message along with image of the delivery confirmation OR product condition ( whichever applicable ) at care@nunectar.in.
